Expert-e Fiscal-e (f/h/x) - 80% à 100% Hybride | Lausanne, Suisse | With professional experience

Tasks

• Guarantee the tax compliance of the Vaudoise Group in Switzerland and abroad
• Follow legislative and regulatory developments and formulate appropriate recommendations
• Support the units in analyzing the tax implications of their strategic decisions
• Prepare and monitor tax returns, ensure relations with the authorities
• Participation in projects to optimize and structure taxes
• Carry out active monitoring and adapt internal processes accordingly

Requirements

• Degree in tax law, economics or finance (Master's degree, federal diploma as a tax expert, specialized auditor)
• Significant experience in tax consultancy, ideally in the insurance sector or in a law firm
• Solid knowledge of Swiss tax law and international challenges (e.g. OECD Pillar II)
• Ability to work on several cases independently and in a structured manner
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in French and/or German; English not required
