Senior Real Estate Specialist
The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a Senior Real Estate Appraiser in Sion who will support real estate appraisal and management in close collaboration with consultants and internal departments. The ideal candidate holds a Brevet fédéral d'expert-e en estimations immobilières and has solid experience in this role.
Tasks
Working closely with advisors and internal departments, you will support them in real estate matters and property appraisals. This involves analyzing, reviewing, and validating appraisals through reports and expert assessments for various units. Drawing on your expertise and knowledge of the real estate market, you will develop concepts, tools, and policies related to property valuation and contribute to the real estate strategy. In the context of property acquisitions, projects, maintenance, and sales, you will support the department head and propose relevant improvement measures. You will be required to draft reports for decision-making bodies. You will serve as the point of contact for training and advising your colleagues, as well as for internal expertise on all matters related to real estate appraisals.Requirements
- Federal Certificate in Real Estate Appraisal
- Solid and proven experience in this same role
- Good knowledge of the local and Swiss real estate market
- Skilled in communication and passionate about sharing your knowledge
- Possesses strong analytical and synthesis skills and is results-oriented
- Very good French skills
- Good knowledge of German (B1 level)
- Proficient in using IT tools relevant to your field
