Senior Real Estate Specialist

Tasks

Specifically, working closely with advisors and internal departments, you will support them in matters related to real estate and property appraisals. This involves:

• Analysis, review, and validation of estimates through reports and expert assessments for various units
• Development of concepts, tools, and policies related to real estate valuation, and involvement in real estate strategy
• Support the department head and propose appropriate measures for improvement in the areas of real estate procurement, projects, maintenance, and sales
• Preparation of reports for decision-making bodies

Requirements

This position is perfect for you if:

• You hold the Federal Certificate as a Real Estate Appraiser and have solid, proven experience in this role.
• You have a good understanding of the local and Swiss real estate markets
• You are a skilled communicator and are passionate about sharing your knowledge
• You have strong analytical and synthesis skills and are results-oriented
• You have excellent French skills and a good knowledge of German (B1 level)
• You are completely comfortable using the IT tools relevant to your field
