Senior Real Estate Specialist

Job description

Senior Real Estate Appraiser, 80–90% FTE, Sion. With a customer-focused approach, your analytical skills and passion for real estate appraisals enable you to successfully handle a variety of cases.

Tasks

Working closely with advisors and internal departments, you will provide support in real estate matters and property appraisals. This involves:

• Analysis, review, and validation of estimates through reports and expert assessments for various units
• Development of concepts, tools, and policies related to real estate valuation, and involvement in real estate strategy
• Support the department head and propose appropriate measures for improvement in the areas of procurement, projects, maintenance, and real estate sales
• Preparation of reports for decision-making bodies

Requirements

You hold a Federal Certificate in Real Estate Appraisal and have solid, proven experience in this role. You also have:

• A thorough knowledge of the local and Swiss real estate market
• Communication skills and a passion for sharing your knowledge
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a focus on results
• Excellent French language skills and a good knowledge of German (B1 level)
• Proficiency in using IT tools specific to your field
