Job description

Senior Real Estate Appraiser, 80–90% FTE, Sion. With a customer-focused approach, your analytical skills and passion for real estate appraisals enable you to successfully handle a variety of cases.

Tasks

- Working closely with advisors and internal departments, you will provide support in real estate matters and property valuation. This involves analyzing, reviewing, and validating valuations through reports and expert assessments for various units. - Drawing on your expertise and knowledge of the real estate market, you will develop concepts, tools, and policies for property valuation and contribute to the real estate strategy. - In the context of property acquisitions, projects, maintenance, and sales, you will support the department head and propose relevant improvement measures. You will be required to draft reports for decision-making bodies. - You will serve as the go-to person for training and advising your colleagues, as well as for internal expertise on all matters related to real estate appraisals.

Requirements

- You hold the Federal Certificate as a Real Estate Appraiser and have solid, proven experience in this role. You also have a good understanding of the local and Swiss real estate markets. - A skilled communicator with a passion for sharing your knowledge, you are comfortable providing in-house training to colleagues. - With strong analytical and synthesis skills and a results-oriented mindset, you excel at preparing reports and real estate appraisal analyses. You know how to highlight the relevant indicators in your field of expertise. - Your excellent French skills are complemented by a good knowledge of German (B1 level), and you are fully comfortable using the IT tools relevant to your field.
