Expert in civil liability and construction damage (m/f/x)

Tasks

The various tasks that await you:

• Carry out the tasks assigned, mainly interviews with the parties involved (customers, insured persons, injured parties, authorities), as well as clarifications and investigations on site.
• Manage property and liability insurance files in full, in accordance with guidelines and instructions within the scope of your responsibilities.
• Negotiate amicable compensation amounts with lawyers, insured parties, injured parties, other insurers, etc.
• Organize technical expertise and collaborate with other inspectors and experts (internal or external)
• Provide technical support and participate in the continuing education of internal service employees and agency employees.
• Establish and maintain relationships with companies operating in your geographical area of expertise.

Requirements

What makes you unique:

• CFC in business administration or equivalent, additional training and/or insurance specialist certificate (a significant advantage)
• Ideally, previous experience as a claims adjuster, or alternatively, proven professional experience in managing complex civil liability and construction claims.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
• Perfect command of spoken and written French

You also have a communicative, sociable personality, are entrepreneurial, and enjoy negotiating.
