As part of the Campus Vaudoise team

• You play a key role in the design, development, and digitization of Vaudoise's training offerings.
• As an internal consultant working with HR, managers, and subject matter experts, you transform performance needs into innovative, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

The missions that await you

• Design and implement training programs that address Vaudoise's strategic and business challenges.
• Design and develop multi-document learning paths (in-person, distance learning, virtual classrooms, e-learning, microlearning).
• Ensure and improve the quality of existing content (e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, etc.) in accordance with our standards.
• Measure the impact of training programs using ongoing performance metrics.
• Actively monitor new trends in digital learning (generative AI in the educational production workflow).
• Work with the Performance Training team (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

Votre profil

• Advanced degree in educational engineering, digital learning, or an equivalent program.
• Proven experience in instructional design within a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360 Suite, e-learning platforms, Canva, etc.) and LMS environments (such as Cornerstone).
• A proven ability to translate complex needs into concrete and effective educational solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a "Business Partner Trainer" mindset.
• A strong interest in and ability to explore the new opportunities offered by generative AI in the educational workflow.
• Minimum C1 level in French; a good knowledge of English is a major asset.
