missions

• Identify the training needs of the client's sales teams in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Attend kick-off meetings for training projects with the product management and marketing teams
• Offer training programs tailored to the learning process (in-person, presentation to the client and employee)
• Design and develop basic, intermediate, and advanced training programs (AFA and others)
• Coordinate courses and workshops with internal and external partners
• Facilitate training for complex vocational programs, including basic training, AFA certifications, and support from expert trainers
• Coordinate interdisciplinary working groups to lead training projects in collaboration with the various business units (finance, sales, management, etc.)
• Work closely with our tutors and mentors as they carry out their duties
• Ensure the quality, currency, and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone)

Profile recherché

• French as a native language and a B2 level in German
• Holder of a federal insurance certificate or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the insurance industry as well as a strong academic background
• Expertise in instructional design and the development of basic, intermediate, and advanced training programs (AFA and others)
• Extensive experience in project management, leading work groups, and facilitating change
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer support
• Ability to convey complex content in a simple and engaging way
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating independence, a pragmatic approach, and excellent organizational skills
