The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking an AI Expert to develop AI and low-code solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and establish a secure AI factory. The position requires experience in AI development within the banking sector, as well as knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with users, analyze, and assist them in identifying opportunities for automation with the support of artificial intelligence.
- Design and develop the bank's AI and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Be responsible for deploying agents and assistants using Copilot Studio or other solutions (ToolKit, etc.), as well as AI tools in Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
- Establish and evolve a secure and well-governed AI factory, from the design to the deployment of solutions.
- Define development standards and component reusability, and ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with the Data, IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure data availability, compliance, and seamless integration into the BCVS banking environment.
Profile recherché
- Advanced degree in computer science (EPFL, HES) and several years of experience developing AI solutions in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI technologies.
- Expertise in design, agents, and AI solutions.
- A committed and proactive individual, capable of translating business needs into practical solutions.
- A collaborative spirit that enables you to work with experts in other fields, share your knowledge, and guide users in the responsible adoption of technologies.
- Good knowledge of German (a plus).
