Payment Transactions Specialist and Deputy Team Leader

• You are proficient in the operational activities related to Swiss and international payment transactions, particularly in the areas of investigations, account freeze procedures, and anti-money laundering (AML).
• They ensure that operational processes in these areas run smoothly and reliably.
• They enhance the customer experience through streamlined and digitized processes.
• You will play an active role in managing projects related to payment transactions.
• They ensure that our products and services meet high quality standards while optimizing costs and profitability.
• You will serve as the team leader's deputy and, in the future, take over the position.

What do you bring with you?

• Several years of solid professional experience in a comparable role in the payments sector is essential for this position.
• You have a very good understanding of regulatory requirements in the payments sector as well as the relevant technical fields.
• You are proficient in common office applications (MS Office as well as specific systems and applications: SIC and euroSIC management, SWIFT and RMA keys, relationships with banking counterparties) as well as essential and reliable office applications such as SWIFT management, SIC management, euroSIC management, SWIFT, and RMA banking counterparties.
• You are an independent, reliable person with a strong team spirit, a high regard for quality, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• You have excellent communication skills as well as strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• You are resilient and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Your native language is French or German. You have a very good command of the other language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
