Tasks

• Gestion des Environnements IT :
  • Ensure the availability, performance and stability of the environments within the framework of the various digital transformation and run projects.
  • Coordinate the demand and allocation of test, integration and pre-production environments between the different initiatives of the company (projects, run, maintenance).
• Suivi et Optimisation des Environnements :
  • Monitor the use of the environment and identify the causes of change, conflicts and future needs.
  • Mettre en œuvre des processus d'optimisation pour maximiser l'efficacité des environnements et limiter les interruptions.
  • S'assurer que les environnements sont conformes aux exigences de sécurité, de conformité et aux standards techniques de l'entreprise.
• Support au Delivery et à la Transformation :
  • Collaborate with the development, testing, integration and production teams to ensure that the environments meet the specifications of the projects.
  • Actively participate in project monitoring meetings to identify environmental needs and manage the necessary changes.
• Coordination et Planification Transversale :
  • Work in concert with the PMO teams, the project managers and the IT managers to ensure a harmonious management of the environment.
  • Anticipate the needs in the environment for future digital transformation initiatives.
• Amélioration Continue et Standardization :
  • Proposer et mettre en place des tools, processus et standards pour une gestion efficace des environnements.
  • Contribute to the definition and improvement of good environmental management practices within the IT department.

Requirements

• Formation supérieure en informatique type HES, Bachelor / Master EPFL
• Junior avec une expérience professionnelle de 1-2 ans minimum
• Connaissance of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Connaissance des pratiques DevOps
• Volunté et capacité de coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Langues : Français : courant / Anglais : minimum B2
