Fund and Real Estate Fund Market Expert
BCV is seeking an expert in the fund and real estate fund markets to handle capital transactions, the secondary market, and client advisory services. Ideally, the candidate will have several years of industry experience and be fluent in French, German, and English.
Vos missions principales
- Handle activities related to capital transactions involving real estate investment vehicles (fund launches, capital increases, etc.)
- Manage and develop activities related to the secondary market for unlisted real estate funds and serve as an intermediary between the market and clients (banks, financial intermediaries, fund management companies, portfolio managers, pension funds, etc.) as well as other entities within the bank
- Provide support and advisory services to real estate developers
- Provide support for real estate development activities (legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance, as well as adherence to internal work procedures)
- Maintain client relationships in investment fund-related operations in order to sustain and develop long-term, profitable relationships
Votre profil
- In-depth specialized knowledge
- Several years of experience in the fund market; real estate funds are a significant asset for a bank, fund management firm, or fund manager
- Good presentation skills, attention to detail, drive, teamwork, and reliability
- Fluent in French, German, and English
