Tasks
- Performing checks on compliance with regulations for real estate funds by defining best practices and selecting appropriate tools
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of the fund monitoring program
- Regular reporting on the results of inspections
- Monitoring regulatory developments in one's own field of activity (laws, regulations, guidelines, self-regulation, etc.)
- Contribute technical expertise to ensure the sustainability and development of activities in line with the Bank's business policy
- Supporting custodian bank employees in processing complex transactions and special situations
- Participation in the acquisition of new real estate funds, in particular by conducting preliminary checks based on due diligence of projects (funds, fund management, fund managers, administration, management, etc.)
Requirements
- University education or equivalent
- Experience in auditing or compliance/risk management in the financial sector or in the area of real estate funds
- Sense of organization, accuracy, communication skills, dynamism, team spirit, and flexibility
- Perfect command of German and French
