Tasks

• Performing checks on compliance with regulations for real estate funds by defining best practices and selecting appropriate tools
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the fund monitoring program
• Regular reporting on the results of inspections
• Conducting regulatory observations in one's own area of activity (laws, regulations, guidelines, self-regulation, etc.)
• Contribute technical expertise to ensure the sustainability and development of activities in line with the Bank's business policy
• Supporting employees in the custodian bank department in processing complex transactions and special situations
• Participation in the acquisition of new real estate funds, in particular by conducting preliminary checks based on due diligence of projects (funds, fund management, managers, administration, management, etc.)

Requirements

• University education or equivalent
• Experience in auditing or compliance/risk management in a financial environment or in the real estate fund sector
• Organizational skills, accuracy, interpersonal skills, dynamism, team spirit, and flexibility
• Perfect command of German and French
