Product Management Expert, Personal Finance (all genders)

Tasks

• Act in an independent project role (at least CL1) and share responsibility with internal stakeholders for the cost-effective and risk-conscious management of the product portfolio in collaboration with the Head of Financial Operations and the Chief Business Officer.
• Primary point of contact for sales and for supporting the implementation of internal process and system changes.
• Implementing strategic product initiatives and business process optimizations, as well as ensuring compliance with upcoming regulations.
• Actively sharing expertise, facilitating training sessions, and promoting the transfer of knowledge related to sales and consulting.
• The position is available on a 70% basis or full-time.

Requirements

• A degree in economics or training in banking.
• Experience at the C1 level or higher (required due to the umbrella model mandate).
• Ideally, experience in the financial or product management field at a bank, as well as knowledge of the requirements of the retail market, e.g., in business customer management or network management.
• An interest in regulatory frameworks, as well as dedicated and business-oriented communication and consulting skills in the field of financial products.
