Insurance Training Specialist (m/f/d) 80–100%

Tasks

• Coordinate training needs in sales and customer retention processes and work with the relevant departments to develop appropriate learning solutions
• Developing modern learning formats—whether in-person, digital, or blended learning—particularly for basic training, VBV certifications, and the vocational training portfolio
• Coordinate cross-departmental working groups and lead training projects with internal and external partners
• Support existing training processes and materials through trainers, coaches, and mentors
• Ensure the quality, currency, and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone)

Requirements

• German as a native language and proficiency in French at least at the B2 level
• Swiss Federal Certificate in Insurance or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry at the level of a professional certification
• Experience in the development and design of training and continuing education programs, particularly in the areas of e-learning and blended learning
• In-depth knowledge of project management and facilitation, combined with a strong customer focus
• Strong knowledge of sales and customer retention processes
• Ability to convey even complex technical topics in a way that is understandable, practical, and tailored to the target audience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work independently, pragmatically, and with excellent organizational skills
