Learning Design & Digital Learning Specialist(s) (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will consult with experts to develop and design forward-looking learning solutions in accordance with our requirements and create various formats of blended learning concepts (presentations, virtual training, e-learning, videos, learning materials, and multimedia content).
• They make targeted use of artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize learning processes and content production
• They measure the success of training initiatives using relevant KPIs and implement refinement processes to improve quality standards

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Learning Design, Educational Management, Digital Marketing, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in digital marketing or a comparable qualification
• Excellent knowledge of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360) and learning management systems (LMS, Enuereerde)
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into customer-focused solutions
• Great enthusiasm and ample opportunity to apply modern technology and innovative learning approaches in the HR and corporate environments
• Proficiency in French at Level B1 or higher; good proficiency in German and English at Level B1
• You are passionate about learning, innovation, and new technologies
• They are able to understand the challenges faced by other departments and use that understanding to develop sustainable programs for users
• They are constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions, strategies, and opportunities that benefit our students
