External Workforce Sourcing Process Specialist (80%–100%) (f/m/d)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking an External Workforce Sourcing Process Supporter (80–100%) to support day-to-day operations and maintain the end-to-end operational model for external workforce management. The role involves supporting the implementation of global standards, policies, and compliance frameworks, as well as monitoring business processes to identify operational bottlenecks.

Tasks

  • Support in implementing global standards, policies, and compliance frameworks under the guidance of the process owner
  • Monitoring business processes throughout the entire lifecycle of the external workforce to identify key operational bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, human resources, finance, procurement, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Solid experience in process support, operations, or supplier management in a corporate setting
  • A solid understanding of external workforce management, procurement, or HR compliance issues
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of success in supporting cross-functional tasks or projects
  • A service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
  • Solid understanding of standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic process mapping concepts
  • A reliable team player who is highly conscientious, precise, and organized in their work
  • Ability to work in a diverse, intercultural, and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
