Partner & Accounts Specialist
Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a Business and Product Specialist for Partners and Accounts who will be responsible for process, product, and support tasks and will assist the business department in handling front-end and back-end processes. - In this role as a Partner & Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for process, product, and support tasks.
- In your role as a business and product specialist, you will support the business department in managing front-end and back-end processes and our core services.
- You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements and implementing process optimizations in the areas of client lifecycle management and client relationship management.
- Working with internal stakeholders and, where necessary, external service providers, you will be responsible for preparing and overseeing the implementation of business cases.
- You will identify potential areas for improvement and implement optimizations within the business department.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a training program at a bank or have relevant additional training.
- Your analytical and conceptual skills, as well as your initiative, set you apart.
- You have the expertise to manage client relationships (collaboration with specialist departments, IT, and banking).
- Experience teaching client lifecycle management is a plus.
- You are highly motivated and eager to acquire technical expertise.
- You enjoy working as part of a team just as much as you enjoy working independently.
