Partner & Accounts Specialist

Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a Partner and Accounts Specialist who will be responsible for process, product, and support tasks and will assist the Digitalization and Processing Department in managing front- and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will have completed training at a bank or possess equivalent professional expertise, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills.

What you can expect

- In this role as a Subject Matter and Product Specialist, you will be responsible for process, product, and support tasks. - In your role as a Subject Matter and Product Specialist, you will support the Digitalization Department and assist the front- and back-office teams with our core services. - You are responsible for gathering customer requirements and identifying process optimizations in the areas of Client Lifecycle Management and Client Relationship Management. - In collaboration with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, external service providers, you support the implementation of requirements and present business cases. - You are responsible for identifying potential levers for improvement and implementing optimizations to business processes.
