Partner & Accounts Specialist

What you can expect

• In this role as a Partner & Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for process, product, and support tasks.
• In your role as a subject matter and product specialist, you will support and assist the subject matter experts in the areas of product development and consulting for the front- and back-office units, as well as our core services.
• You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements and implementing process optimizations in the areas of client lifecycle management and client relationship management.
• Working with internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, external partner companies, you will identify opportunities for improvement and present business cases.
• You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for further development and implementing optimizations to business processes.

What you bring with you

• You have completed a training program at a bank or have relevant additional training.
• Your analytical and conceptual skills, as well as your initiative, set you apart.
• You have the necessary expertise (collaboration with IT and banks) in this field of interest and activity.
• Experience in the field of client lifecycle management is a plus.
• You are highly motivated and eager to acquire technical expertise.
• The team expects you to be enthusiastic about working with them and to be able to work independently.
