The Fund Administration & Reporting Specialist Advisor provides support in the valuation and monitoring of funds, the launch of new funds and the processing of customer inquiries. The position requires a completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training and experience in the fund business.
Job description
Your challenge
- Valuation and control of private equity funds and private label funds
- Support for the launch of new funds in cooperation with internal and external partners
- Processing customer inquiries on fund-related topics
- Supporting the annual reporting team, in particular in the processing of analyses by auditors
- Monitoring of fees (fee monitoring) incl. checking and comparison with contract documents
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training
- Professional experience in the fund business and securities sector an advantage
- Very good Excel and analysis skills as well as a pronounced service awareness
