Specialist Consultant Fund Administration & Reporting -50% (m/f/d)
The position of Fund Administration & Reporting Consultant (m/f/d) at VP Fund Solutions (Liechtenstein) AG includes the valuation and monitoring of private equity funds, support in the launch of new funds and the processing of client inquiries. The ideal candidate will have completed a banking apprenticeship or commercial training and have experience in the fund business.
Your challenge
- Valuation and control of private equity funds and private label funds
- Support for the launch of new funds in cooperation with internal and external partners
- Processing of client inquiries on fund-related topics; support of the Annual Reporting team, in particular in the processing of requests from auditors
- Review of fees (fee monitoring) incl. review and comparison with contractual documents
- Cooperation with relevant specialist departments such as risk management, legal, compliance and external service providers
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training
- Professional experience in the fund business and securities sector an advantage
- Good Excel skills, very high quality awareness and a pronounced service consciousness
