Corporate Actions Specialist (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• You are experienced in the timely and high-quality handling of all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
• Recording of dividends, interest, and repayments of bonds, documents, and structured products
• You obtain and prepare information on capital measures.
• Checking dates and ensuring correct entry in the AWEliq banking system
• You actively participate in process optimization and are jointly responsible for its implementation.

Your profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training and at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of corporate actions are advantageous.
• In-depth expertise in securities processes and settlement systems is a prerequisite.
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
