Cost & Fees Specialist (m/f/d)
The position offers the opportunity to work as a specialist in the Cost & Fees department, recording and processing products and fees, as well as providing front-line support for queries. Your challenge
- Record products and fees as part of onboarding and updates
- Process new products or product changes on the customer side
- Care fees and conditions - enter, adjust, or delete
- Be the point of contact and subject matter expert for the front line in the area of cost and fees—process-oriented, technical, and professional.
- Support the further development of the department (e.g., digitization of SOKO offerings, optimization of processes, and quality management).
- Provide professional and proactive advice to frontline staff and assist with training
Your profile
- Completed banking or commercial training
- Technical flair and affinity for numbers
- Curiosity, resilience, and confident communication in German and English
