Risk Specialist (Senior)

Tasks

• A business-critical perspective on financing and strategy, as well as the management of risk culture
• Assessment of returns and market risks, as well as stress and loss calculations at the bank
• Development and Optimization of Banking Strategy and Portfolio Management (Risk / Treasury)
• Advising our Strategy Board on all business risk issues and the implementation of policies
• A varied role within an interprofessional team focused on strategy, project reporting, and budget management
• Requirements management for the expansion of the risk policy and the centralization of reporting to bank management
• A select, challenging, and highly interesting role within a dynamic and motivating team

Requirements

• Protective functions such as credit approval, scoring, asset-liability management, market and foreign exchange risks, and preliminary reviews
• Internal Models, Such as Management
• Operational processes such as depreciation and key performance indicators
• Excellent computer skills and software knowledge
• Excellent intercultural communication skills in German and English
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking and insurance industry is desirable
• Knowledge of digital risks would be ideal
