AEK Service AG is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist (80–100%) to join its building maintenance team and perform maintenance, repairs, and logistical tasks. The position offers a varied role within a small team, along with attractive benefits and a flexible work environment.
Tasks
- Support with maintenance work and repairs to building equipment and building services
- Management of janitorial vehicles, machinery, equipment, and consumables
- Assistance with internal logistics tasks
- Performance of work for winter road maintenance
- Performing occasional on-call and special assignments in the evenings or on weekends
Requirements
- Completed training as a facilities maintenance technician
- Experience in building maintenance (willingness to undergo further training as a building maintenance technician with federal certification, if necessary)
- Quality-conscious and service-oriented personality
