Marketing & Communications Specialist

Tasks

Together with the team, you will be responsible for group-wide annual planning for all marketing activities related to banking products, campaigns, and content. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating schedules, creating project plans, monitoring budgets, and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Writing content for marketing, public relations, project communication, and internal communication—including newsletters, websites, social media, printed materials, annual reports, and press releases.
• Working as a point of contact for our customers, partners, internal departments, and agencies.
• The ability to work independently, think collaboratively, and feel comfortable in an environment with various stakeholders.
• Compliance with our guidelines and the effective implementation of our brand identity in all work.

Requirements

You bring the following:

• A degree or continuing education program in marketing and communication leading to a professional certification.
• About 7 years of professional experience in the field, ideally in the financial sector.
• Experience in content, online, and cross-media marketing, as well as in internal and external communications.
• Personal initiative and organizational skills—you’re a go-getter with a keen eye for detail.
• A passion for and experience in working with customers, employees, and agencies.
• Motivation, independence, and the ability to maintain a clear overview of a wide range of tasks and set the right priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a strong aptitude for IT.
• Native German speaker (fluent), French proficiency at the B1 level.
