Your new job

- Technical responsibility for the development, introduction, and operational implementation of a lifecycle-based real estate lifecycle management (ILM) system, including the management of buildings, space, and risks - Consolidating and strategically bundling the specialist areas of real estate management, workplace, and infrastructure projects - Operatively managing and controlling the specialist team to ensure the Group's performance - Taking responsibility for ILM projects and playing an active role in project and change management - Active internal and external exchange of expertise (expert network, committees, professional associations, etc.) and close cooperation with various internal departments such as IT, finance and risk, sustainability, and the sales units
