Vaudoise is looking for a Customer Support Specialist / Deputy Head of Customer Support for the Broker & Partner German-speaking Switzerland division to provide customers and clients with high-quality services. The position includes a variety of customer support tasks, such as preparing quotes, processing insurance applications and customer care.
Job description
Tasks
- You prepare quotes and process insurance applications in the non-life sectors.
- You provide technical support to our insurance brokers and broker advisors.
- You have direct contact with brokers and customers on the phone.
- You support customer support in the technical area in all non-life sectors.
- You take care of portfolio maintenance and the processing of refurbishments.
- You will be responsible for premium booking and correspondence.
- You support the creation of cooperation agreements and take on administrative and marketing tasks.
- You are actively involved in projects.
- You represent the Head of Customer Support and take on responsibility in the team.
- As a vocational trainer, you are also involved in training.
Requirements
- You have completed training in the insurance industry and the VVG; a federal certificate is an advantage.
- Your written and spoken German is fluent.
- French and English are an advantage.
- You work independently, flexibly and are both sales and customer-oriented.
