Tasks

• You prepare quotes and process insurance applications in the non-life sectors.
• You provide technical support to our insurance brokers and broker advisors.
• You have direct contact with brokers and customers on the phone.
• You support customer support in the technical area in all non-life sectors.
• You take care of portfolio maintenance and the processing of refurbishments.
• You will be responsible for premium accounting and correspondence.
• You support the creation of cooperation agreements and take on administrative and marketing-related tasks.
• You are actively involved in projects.
• You represent the Head of Customer Support and take on responsibility in the team.
• As a vocational trainer, you are also involved in training.

Requirements

• You have completed training in the insurance industry and the VVG; a federal certificate is an advantage.
• Your written and spoken German is fluent.
• French and English are an advantage.
• You work independently, flexibly and are both sales and customer-oriented.
