- Their main task is to provide technical and professional training and support to colleagues and to monitor day-to-day operations.
- Offers from existing and potential new customers in the area of pension fund reinsurance.
- Detailed analysis of the provision rules and global control of the offers, taking into account the internal guidelines and deadlines.
- Further checks are carried out on contracts, invoicing and risk assessments, among other things.
- Independent handling of all special cases and selective support for (major) customers.
- Close cooperation with the Key Account Managers and other internal departments of the company.
Requirements
- Commercial training, specialist certificate or equivalent training.
- Several years of professional experience in the area of BVG, social or personal insurance.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Ability to work in a team and high level of commitment, supporting role for creativity and independence in the team.
- Motivation to deepen your expertise in a changing field.
- Strong analytical skills and confident in using IT tools.
- German or French native speaker with very good knowledge of the other language.
