The position of Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) at Raiffeisen involves processing professional and technical inquiries from advisors in the Customer Service Center and Raiffeisen banks as well as providing support to customers. Tasks
- You are the first point of contact for professional and technical queries for the advisors in the Customer Service Center and for the Raiffeisen banks.
- You will deal with customer concerns that are brought to you via this position.
- You support consultants with professional and technical inquiries.
- You solve issues with a proactive, customer-oriented and timely approach.
- You play an active role in quality assurance within the team and contribute to the daily training sessions.
- You accompany projects and your own specialization topics.
- You support the Customer Service Center during peak times in telephony.
Requirements
- You have a basic commercial education with an industry-specific focus.
- You have experience in customer service or in a contact center.
- You enjoy customer contact and communicate clearly, empathically and in a solution-oriented manner.
- You work independently, with motivation and concentration.
