Processes & Projects Specialist (f/m/d), 80-100 %Tasks
- You are responsible for the entire process management and our process management tool.
- You train the employees responsible for process documentation and support them in modeling processes.
- You prioritize, coordinate and monitor process optimizations and carry out impact checks.
- You manage strategic and operational projects and ensure their timely and successful implementation.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, banking & finance or a similar field or have completed an apprenticeship with appropriate further training in one of these areas.
- You have at least three years of experience in process management.
- You have already gained initial experience in managing projects.
