The position of Process & Projects Specialist (f/m/d) includes responsibility for process management, managing projects and supporting employees with process documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in process management and project management.

Processes & Projects Specialist (f/m/d), 80-100 %

Tasks

  • You are responsible for the entire process management and our process management tool.
  • You train the employees responsible for process documentation and support them in modeling processes.
  • You prioritize, coordinate and monitor process optimizations and carry out impact checks.
  • You manage strategic and operational projects and ensure their timely and successful implementation.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, banking & finance or a similar field or have completed an apprenticeship with appropriate further training in one of these areas.
  • You have at least three years of experience in process management.
  • You have already gained initial experience in managing projects.
