Legal & Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Support for day-to-day operations in matters related to legal and business management issues, internal auditing, and local target groups
• Designing and implementing new legal and compliance processes, and ensuring their completion through digitization
• Support for the implementation of complex initiatives, particularly those involving comprehensive risk mitigation and security assurance
• Analysis of key internal documents, such as manuals, minimum standards, and guidelines, as well as other data sources
• Serving as a bridge between compliance law and as an innovative problem-solver (while setting aside specific questions)

Requirements

• A master’s degree in business administration, law, international relations, or a similar bachelor’s degree with an academic focus on this field, or equivalent training
• Verifiable professional experience (e.g., through internships, projects, and references)
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken language, proficiency with digital programs, and an understanding of financial issues
• Analytical skills, the ability to work quickly and efficiently with digital technologies, and an awareness of emerging trends and processes
• A respectful, open, and topic-focused approach, combined with a high level of commitment and performance-oriented solutions
