Payment transaction specialist for corporate clients (f/m/d) 80-100%

Tasks

• Supporting the Raiffeisen banks with questions about the payment transaction program and services as well as active support in advising and acquiring corporate customers
• Accompanying and supporting corporate clients in the use of payment transaction solutions
• Establishing, maintaining and developing business relationships with existing and new correspondent banks
• Collaboration in the development of strategic content for the further development of payment transactions
• Representation of our solutions directly on site with customers and partners

Requirements

• Sound understanding of the needs and processes of medium-sized and large corporate customers in business payment transactions
• Broad and deep knowledge of common payment and renewal systems in payment transactions; ideally further developed in correspondent banking business
• Strong customer orientation, coupled with a pleasant manner and strong communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Organizational skills and enjoyment of travel as part of customer service and partner care
• Very good written and spoken German and English (French is a plus)
