Specialist in Stock Exchange and Foreign Exchange Transactions

Job description

We are looking for a Specialist in Stock Exchange & Foreign Exchange Settlement (80–100%). As part of our team, we ensure the reliable and high-quality settlement of stock exchange, foreign exchange, and delivery transactions.

Tasks

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will oversee trading and delivery transactions as well as risks associated with special cases.
• You will process transactions involving precious metals and physical securities for our clients.
• By managing cash flows in external financing, you ensure that the bank’s liquidity is maintained at all times.
• Working closely with counterparties, custodian banks, the trading department, and client advisory and support, you serve as the expert liaison.
• With a broad perspective, you will drive innovation and change processes and oversee them from the specification phase through to implementation.

Requirements

You should meet the following requirements:

• You have successfully completed basic business training, preferably in the banking sector.
• You are known for your strong sense of responsibility and your independent and proactive approach to work.
• By maintaining a professional image in our interactions with our internal and external stakeholders (in German and English, among other languages).
• You enjoy working as part of a team and are known for your flexibility and reliability.
• A quick grasp of concepts and an eye for deadlines, as well as an understanding of the benefits and risks associated with them.
