What you can expect

We are an agile team that is responsible for and develops innovative processes within the bank. You will support our application and innovative frontends to enable our internal customers to work with application and Spring Boot and Angular as well as a strong DevOps pipeline (GitLab CI/CD). You will also be part of a team that focuses on quality, efficiency and collaboration.

• You develop microservices (backend) as Java/ Scala/ Spring Boot and work closely with our integration layer as a data provider.
• You are familiar with microservices architectures, enjoy designing systems and use our microservices/application architecture (Hexagonal Architecture).
• You refine the professional consulting and further development of our AKB Process Engine (ArIS) in Community.

What you bring with you

• You have a sound education and training at university level, ideally in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or business informatics.
• In the course of your professional development, you have already gained extensive practical experience in the following areas:
• Experience in Java backend development (incl. Spring Boot, container technologies and cloud platforms, above average).
• Use of common software development processes such as REST API, SOAP, architecture with relational databases (MySQL) and messaging processes.
• Working in the environment of cloud and container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes).
• Experience in dealing with build and deployment processes via Maven and Gitlab.
