Business Risk Management Specialist 80% - 100% | Product Management, Other Functions / Special Tasks | Zurich | Experienced Professionals

Tasks

• Supporting the annual Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA), advising on risk analysis and co-designing control measures
• Documenting the control framework and the risk & control self-assessment process
• Contributions to process and control design in the investment and pension business
• Exchange with various stakeholders, in particular from Sales, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit and with process owners
• Be responsible as a specialist for the professional and technical development, implementation and reporting of risk-oriented controls
• Actively designing the establishment and maintenance of internal controls (ICS) in business risk management in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor or Master)
• Several years of experience in the banking environment and in the area of non-financial risks or in a comparable function
• Experience in the investment business an advantage
• Sound knowledge of risk identification, assessment and management
• Interest in risk monitoring and regulatory topics
• High level of initiative and excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills and very good German language skills
