Tasks

• Design, planning and data-supported implementation of controls to manage compliance and operational risks in the investment and pension business
• Supporting the annual Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA), advising on risk analysis and co-designing control measures
• Documenting the control framework and the risk & control self-assessment process
• Advice on process and control design in the investment and pension business
• Exchange with various stakeholders, in particular from Sales, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit and with process owners

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor or Master)
• Several years of experience in the banking environment and in the area of non-financial risks or in a comparable function
• Experience in the investment business an advantage
• Sound knowledge of risk identification, assessment and management
• Interest in risk monitoring and regulatory topics
• High level of initiative and excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills and very good German language skills
