Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist (m/f)

Your new job

• You will help establish clear processes for managing and developing CLM based on the process manuals—
• You will develop and optimize our communication tools and formats, respond to current and upcoming questions from and for our customers, and implement the necessary changes.
• You will assist with the processes involved in this internal communication, including the organization of various tasks,
• You will assist with the design, implementation, and monitoring of measures aimed at optimization and digitization in the CLM area.
• You will coordinate and oversee the bid submission process, as well as the management of data and projects related to bid submission and internal communication.
• You will support the CLM team in its day-to-day work of creating and managing documents and processes.
