Compliance Specialist (80–100%), fixed-term position for 6–12 months

St. Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a Compliance Specialist (80–100%) for a fixed-term position lasting 6–12 months. The successful candidate will optimize compliance processes, contribute to quality assurance, and develop efficient solutions.

Tasks

- Together with our specialized departments, we support the optimization of processes and solutions in the area of calibration. - You will contribute to quality assurance and the continuous improvement of compliance processes. - Working with internal departments and project teams, you will develop efficient and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in the field of compliance, particularly in financial crime compliance and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and, ideally, are familiar with the cantonal banking system (Auszug).
  • You are known for your ability to work independently and your quick grasp of new concepts.
  • Reliability, discretion, and a focus on solutions are among your strengths, as is the ability to work well with others.
  • With your strong focus on quality, you help ensure that our work is accurate and efficient.
