Compliance Specialist (80–100%), fixed-term position for 6–12 months

Tasks

- We address our backlog items by optimizing processes and scenarios as part of the triage categorization process. - You will contribute to quality control and the ongoing development of compliance processes. - Working with internal departments and project teams, you will develop efficient and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in the field of compliance, particularly in financial crime compliance and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and, ideally, are familiar with the Avaloq core banking system.
• You are open to continuing education and a quick learner.
• Reliability, discretion, and a solution-oriented approach are among your strengths, as is the ability to work well with others.
• With your strong focus on quality, you help ensure that tasks are divided up carefully and efficiently.
