Compliance Specialist (80–100%), fixed-term position for 6–12 months

St. Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a Compliance Specialist (80–100%, fixed-term for 6–12 months) with experience in financial crime compliance to optimize processes in St. Gallen. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the compliance field, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Tasks

- We consistently align internal bank processes as part of our thematic calibration efforts. - You will contribute to quality assurance and the ongoing development of compliance processes. - Together with internal departments and project teams, you will develop efficient and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the field of compliance, particularly in financial crime compliance and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and, ideally, are familiar with the Auszug credit and trading supervision system.
  • You are known for your ability to work independently and your quick grasp of new concepts.
  • Reliability, discipline, and a solution-oriented approach are among your strengths, as is the ability to work well with others.
  • With your strong focus on quality, you help ensure that our work is accurate and efficient.
