Compliance Specialist (80–100%), fixed-term position for 6–12 months

Tasks

• Working with our specialist departments, you will help optimize processes and solutions in the context of topic calibration.
• You will contribute to quality assurance and the ongoing improvement of compliance processes.
• Working together with internal departments and project teams, you will develop efficient and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the field of compliance, particularly in financial crime compliance and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and, ideally, are familiar with our cantonal bank’s KYC/AML system.
• You are known for your ability to work independently and your quick grasp of new concepts.
• Reliability, discipline, and a solution-oriented approach are among your strengths, as is the ability to work well with others.
