Credit Management Specialist (m/f)
BKB is looking for a Credit Management Specialist (m/f) for the Credit Competence Center Commercial Customer Sales to strengthen the team and assist with the processing of credit applications and credit transactions. The position offers a varied role in the middle office with a wide range of challenges and development opportunities.

- Varied range of tasks in the middle office of the corporate customer division at the interface between customer advisors and the credit office or credit service
- Independent preparation of loan applications for SME and real estate loans in collaboration with customer advisors
- Creation of bilateral credit and collateral income
- Participation in customer meetings as part of the processing of loan applications
- Operational and technical processing of credit transactions in the bank's internal systems
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship with further training or university studies (technical college, advanced professional examination, university)
- Professional experience in the financial sector, preferably in SME and lending business
- Expertise in mortgages, knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, and a broad understanding of commercial credit products
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, motivation, and initiative
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, ideally knowledge of the Avaloq core banking system
