Tasks

• Management of projects and sub-projects with a focus on the development and implementation of digital consulting tools
• Analysis, optimization and documentation of existing consulting processes and identification of potential for optimization and further development
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as sales units, product management, business engineering, IT and marketing

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics or financial planning
• At least five years' experience in the banking business, ideally in the specialist area of client advisory/support and/or project management
• Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Organizational and project management skills, ideally with experience in agile methods
• High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
• Strong communication and expression skills in German, convincing appearance and the ability to work across departments
• High motivation, flexibility and initiative
