- Management of projects and sub-projects with a focus on the development and implementation of digital CRM systems
- Analysis, optimization and documentation of existing sales processes and identification of potential for optimization and further development
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as sales units, product management, business engineering, IT and marketing
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics or financial planning
- At least five years' experience in the banking business, ideally in the specialist area of customer advisory/support and/or project management
- Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Organizational and project management skills, ideally with experience in agile methods
- High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
- Strong communication and expression skills in German, convincing appearance and the ability to work across departments
- High motivation, flexibility and initiative
