Inheritance Law Specialist (40–50%)
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a specialist in inheritance law (40–50% position) to join its Legal, Tax, and Real Estate Department. The role involves advising clients on matrimonial property law and inheritance law, as well as participating in internal training sessions and client events.
Tasks
- Advising our clients, including the preparation of documents related to matrimonial property law and inheritance law (prenuptial agreements, etc.)
- Participation in client events (presentations) and internal training courses in the areas of matrimonial property law, inheritance law, and banking law
Requirements
- A law degree from a Swiss university or a notary’s certificate
- Experience in the field of matrimonial property and inheritance law
- Knowledge of adult protection law, banking, and pension law is a plus
- Systematic, independent, and precise way of working
