Inheritance Law Specialist (40–50%)
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a specialist in inheritance law to join its Legal, Tax, and Real Estate Department and advise clients on matters related to matrimonial property law and inheritance law. The position is advertised as a 40–50% part-time role and offers a diverse and exciting opportunity in a modern work environment.
Tasks
- Advising our clients, including the preparation of documents related to matrimonial property law and inheritance law
- written contracts, etc.
- Participation in client events (presentations) and internal training courses in the areas of matrimonial property law, inheritance law, and banking law
Requirements
- Completed law degree at a Swiss university or notary public license
- Experience in the field of matrimonial property and inheritance law
- Knowledge of adult protection law, banking, and pension law is a plus
- Systematic, independent, and precise way of working
